Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community interaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the design and operations teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Organize and coordinate promotional events, both digital and physical, to expand our market reach.
  • Assist in the management of customer databases and implement email marketing strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
  • Strong proficiency in social media management tools and digital advertising platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging marketing content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
