Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and gaps in the market.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilizing data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation and nurturing workflows.
- Manage content calendar for digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events, webinars, and industry trade shows.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product positioning and messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the tech/telematics industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO platforms, CRM software, and Email Marketing tools).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into professional reports.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
