In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping brand strategy, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring our health-focused products reach those who need them most. You will be instrumental in executing go-to-market strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-winning results.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies for the Consumer Health portfolio.
  • Analyze market performance data and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from creative development to media placement and tracking.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Monitor competitive landscapes and proactively recommend adjustments to strategy.
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in budget management and tracking marketing ROI.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in brand management or consumer marketing (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced global corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and market research tools.
