You will act as the face of the company, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators and medical professionals. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to designated hospitals in Surakarta and Yogyakarta.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with hospital administrators and medical staff.
- Promote company products and services to potential clients and partners.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor feedback during visits.
- Organize and participate in medical events or product demonstrations at healthcare facilities.
- Update and maintain CRM records regarding client interactions and visit results.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align field activities with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or business development.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to explain complex products simply.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
