Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for repeat motorcycle loan orders to existing BFI customers
- Analyze customer profiles and financial history to determine loan eligibility and tailor appropriate offers
- Conduct feasibility assessments for repeat loan applications based on credit policies and market conditions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through personalized follow-ups and consultations
- Collaborate with credit analysts to ensure compliance while maximizing conversion opportunities
- Track and report on key performance metrics including conversion rates and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on motorcycle market trends and competitor offerings to refine marketing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer relationship management in financial services
- Proven track record in loan marketing or automotive finance is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess customer eligibility and financial risks
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven marketing tools
- Target-oriented mindset with ability to work in a results-driven environment
- Valid driver's license (SIM C) and familiarity with motorcycle industry preferred
