Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Cimory products across various channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and consumer trends.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and trade marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility.
  • Manage marketing collaterals, ensuring high-quality design and content across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future activities.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and brand activation programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and relevant stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
