As our Marketing Staff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and executing localized marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who stays ahead of trends, loves social media, and understands how to connect the energy of a gym studio with the local community. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative social media content (Instagram, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and implement local promotional campaigns to drive new membership sign-ups and retention.
- Actively engage with the local community through events, partnerships, and studio outreach.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to optimize future strategies.
- Assist in the production of marketing collateral, including flyers, banners, and digital advertisements.
- Manage online reputation by responding to member queries and feedback across various platforms.
- Coordinate with the gym operations team to highlight special classes, promotions, and new facility features.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and content creation tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-energy team.
- A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and the gym industry.
- Highly creative, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
