Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness for Hi 5 Lounge.
- Manage and grow our social media presence through engaging content creation and community management.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and promote in-store events and special promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative improvements to our marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with vendors for promotional materials and ensure all brand assets are consistent and professional.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and reports.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to build loyalty and gather feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for business growth.
- Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite) is a significant advantage.
- High energy, proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, specifically for the hospitality/lounge industry.
