This role is essential in bridging our commercial goals with operational excellence, ensuring that our marketing and administrative processes flow seamlessly.

As a Marketing Staff member, you will be the backbone of our commercial department. You will provide critical support in managing documentation, handling tenders, and ensuring accurate financial records. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Marketing team in daily administrative tasks and operational support.
  • Prepare, organize, and monitor commercial reports to track departmental performance.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end tender process, including gathering documentation and ensuring timely submission.
  • Draft and review service contracts to ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Manage the issuance of invoices to clients and track accounts receivable (piutang) to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Provide support for marketing campaigns and business development initiatives as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, marketing support, or clerical roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Understanding of invoicing, financial tracking, or tender documentation is highly preferred.
  • Professional attitude, high level of integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
