Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase the company's client base in the Pasuruan region.
- Identify and qualify new business leads through market research and networking.
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by building and preserving strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Actively participate in achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in handling objections.
- Proficient in using basic office software and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Possess a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for field visits.
- Living in or willing to be based in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur.
