Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential new leads to expand our market reach.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients and business partners.
- Develop and execute creative marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the management team regarding leads and campaign performance.
- Assist in the organization of promotional events or brand activation activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- A proactive self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willing to be based in Jakarta Utara and conduct fieldwork when necessary.
