Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive marketing strategies for technical inspection services to achieve company sales goals.
- Identify and qualify new business leads across industrial sectors in the Sumatera Selatan region.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high retention.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on formal commercial proposals and quotations.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the technical operations team to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect service capabilities.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits to assess needs and provide tailored solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing or sales, preferably within the technical, industrial, or certification sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional proposal drafting.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Palembang area and surrounding regions for client engagements.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team environment.
- Strong understanding of the technical inspection industry is highly preferred.
