Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote cash loan products.
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics in Palangkaraya.
- Create engaging content for social media, brochures, and local advertisements.
- Analyze campaign performance data to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing goals with sales targets.
- Organize community outreach events and promotional activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial marketing regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or customer service.
- Strong understanding of the financial services sector (Fintech/Lending).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driving license (preferred for field visits).
