Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential clients to offer competitive financing solutions.
- Conduct thorough surveys and site visits to assess the financial feasibility of credit applicants.
- Manage the end-to-end credit application process, from initial submission to final loan disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, partners, and individual customers.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and ethical sales practices.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and disbursement targets for the assigned area.
- Prepare regular reports on field activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field, preferably Marketing, Business, or Economics.
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or credit analysis, ideally in the automotive or financial industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and local dialect (preferred).
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within Tabanan, Denpasar, and Gianyar areas.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong integrity, persistence, and a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
