Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, build, and maintain strong business relationships with dealers, showrooms, suppliers, and direct customers in the car finance and machinery sectors.
- Identify potential business opportunities and promote PT BOT Finance’s fleet products to a targeted audience.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends in the automotive and heavy equipment industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor financing solutions that meet specific customer needs.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to ensure high client retention.
- Prepare regular reports on market performance and relationship status.
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to represent the company brand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work independently.
