Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with heavy equipment dealers and suppliers in the Jakarta area.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand our finance product reach.
- Execute marketing strategies tailored to the heavy equipment industry to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and dealer performance to management.
- Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for our clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings with key stakeholders to promote our financing solutions.
- Monitor and support the sales process from initial inquiry to deal closure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or account management, preferably within the heavy equipment or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all professional levels.
- Deep understanding of the heavy equipment market ecosystem in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple partner relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of working under targets.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
