Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to boost mall engagement and foot traffic.
- Strategize and curate content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to enhance brand awareness and community interaction.
- Plan and execute in-mall events, tenant activations, and seasonal promotions to create a vibrant shopping atmosphere.
- Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, sponsors, and community partners to drive collaborative marketing opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and areas for strategic growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, signage, and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in marketing, ideally within a mall, retail, property management, or lifestyle brand environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics) and content management systems.
- Strong visual eye and experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, and work full-time.
