As the Marketing Strategic Manager, you will act as a bridge between corporate marketing goals and on-ground retail execution. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals, overseeing the development of promotional campaigns, analyzing market trends, and optimizing our retail experience to maximize customer engagement and sales conversion. If you possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior, data-driven decision-making skills, and a passion for retail excellence, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute high-impact retail marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new business opportunities and optimize market positioning.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel promotional campaigns, including in-store activations, digital marketing, and seasonal sales events.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and supply chain, to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business objectives.
  • Manage the retail marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Oversee the performance of retail marketing activities through KPI tracking and regular reporting, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a strategic or managerial role within the retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of retail industry dynamics, including merchandising, store operations, and consumer purchasing behavior.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategic plans.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing large-scale retail marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and Google Analytics.
