Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support sales targets in the Jabodetabek area.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the local marketing team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective promotional materials and field sales support tools.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring high ROI for all campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate product launches and educational events to enhance brand visibility among key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Strong strategic planning skills with a deep understanding of the Jabodetabek market landscape.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing a team.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting market data into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
