As our Marketing Supervisor, you will lead the charge in developing comprehensive marketing plans that encompass strategic positioning, tactical execution, and value proposition management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging resonates with our audience and achieves our long-term commercial objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute holistic marketing plans, including strategies, tactics, and unique value propositions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities for the company.
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team to ensure high-performance execution of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales department to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets.
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for all campaigns and promotional activities.
- Oversee digital and traditional media channels to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Organize product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing supervisory role, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
- Strong understanding of strategic marketing frameworks and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
