Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring clear communication and motivation.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data (KPIs, ROI) to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Brand Management: Oversee the brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all channels to build trust and credibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Budget Control: Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial services or fintech industry, specifically in KTA or unsecured lending products.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive results under pressure.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, SEO tools, and content management systems.
