Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach the marketing team to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and production departments to ensure promotional programs are effectively integrated into business operations.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI on all campaigns.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels and their impact on consumer engagement.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
