Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase product adoption among medical practitioners.
- Identify and engage with new potential medical partners and dermatologists in the region.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Manage field marketing operations to ensure consistent brand messaging and product visibility.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key opinion leaders and current physician clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing materials are effective and conversion-focused.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust marketing tactics to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical, beauty, or aesthetic industry.
- Proven track record of managing B2B relationships with medical professionals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and engage in field-based marketing activities.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to manage small teams or projects independently.
