As a Marketing Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our promotional activities. You will be responsible for crafting creative campaigns, managing our local brand presence, and ensuring our coffee remains the top choice for enthusiasts. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and coffee sales.
- Manage social media platforms, content creation, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Conduct regular market research to identify customer trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate promotional events, activations, and community engagements in the Banda Aceh region.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure marketing campaigns align with in-store experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local influencers and partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or branding role, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media algorithms.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage small teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Creative problem-solver with a strong desire to achieve target-based goals.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Banda Aceh.
