Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for the commercial vehicle segment.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to exceed regional performance targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key dealers and automotive partners.
- Manage marketing budgets and track the ROI of various promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the commercial vehicle, leasing, or automotive finance industry.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research and data interpretation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
