PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing Supervisor to lead our electronics financing operations in Palangkaraya. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing agent partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence in the electronics sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase electronics financing volume.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing officers to achieve branch sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electronics retail partners in the Palangkaraya region.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance reviews for management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with company credit policies.
- Organize local promotional events and trade activities to boost brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in consumer finance or the electronics industry.
- Proven track record in team leadership and achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the local market in Palangkaraya and surrounding areas.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for field supervision and partnership management.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented professional.
