You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, monitoring market trends, and ensuring that our team consistently achieves performance KPIs. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing officers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically for the electronics financing segment.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with retail electronics dealers and merchants.
- Monitor market competition and provide regular feedback to regional management regarding sales performance.
- Ensure the quality of loan applications by maintaining strict adherence to company credit policies and underwriting standards.
- Coordinate promotional activities and events to boost brand awareness and lead generation in the Pare-Pare area.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to improve productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales supervisory roles, preferably in the multi-finance or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Pare-Pare and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel as necessary to meet business requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive financial targets.
