Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the marketing team in executing sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Communicate effectively with customers in Mandarin and Indonesian to resolve inquiries and provide detailed information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate and ready for distribution.
- Support the sales process by preparing reports, analyzing data, and updating customer databases.
- Organize and maintain marketing archives, documentation, and digital assets.
- Act as a primary liaison between the company and Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and community engagement activities to promote company products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) with strong comprehension skills.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales support, or customer service is a plus.
