Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for marketing and communications? Redpod Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Marketing Support Admin to join our energetic team in Jakarta Utara. This role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of our marketing department and ensuring the success of our diverse project portfolio.

In this position, you will act as a backbone for the Marcomm team, bridging the gap between creative planning and administrative execution. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in creative brainstorming sessions while managing the critical documentation and coordination tasks that bring those ideas to life. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team for various projects.
  • Coordinate project documentation, including timelines, vendor contracts, and internal reports.
  • Actively participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and promotional collateral.
  • Maintain and update the marketing database and CRM systems accurately.
  • Handle logistical arrangements for marketing events, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing marketing activities to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in an administrative or marketing support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
