Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging written content, blog posts, and press releases for our healthcare services.
- Assist in the design and editing of marketing collateral, including brochures and digital graphics.
- Maintain the hospital’s website content and ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the planning and execution of hospital events and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative ideas.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the marketing department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
- Strong proficiency in social media management tools and content creation software.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website content management systems (CMS).
- Creative problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
