Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and implementation of daily marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Support the social media team in scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience inquiries.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies relevant to our industry.
- Help coordinate marketing events, webinars, or product launches as directed.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, tracking sheets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and presentations for the marketing department.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian; proficiency in English is preferred.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
