Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the technical point of contact for the marketing department, providing support for product specifications and technical documentation.
- Analyze technical data to assist in the creation of compelling marketing materials and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries regarding product technicalities.
- Manage and update product databases to ensure accuracy across all marketing channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations or technical training sessions for internal stakeholders and external clients when required.
- Identify potential technical market trends to support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to digital marketing tools or product integration platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical specifications.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data management tools, and standard office suites.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
