Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and update product listings on major marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.) to ensure accuracy, high-quality imagery, and optimal pricing.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, track inventory levels, and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely stock replenishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders efficiently, and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Analyze monthly sales reports and market trends to propose strategies that increase product visibility and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of transactions, pricing changes, and promotional campaigns using internal databases.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch new product campaigns, seasonal promotions, and marketing events.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and company guidelines at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Hold a high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in marketplace administration, e-commerce operations, or customer service.
  • Demonstrate strong integrity, honesty, and a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and local language).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new digital marketing trends and e-commerce technologies.
