Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for e-commerce and scaling brands? PT. EVIGI FOOTWEAR INTERNATIONAL is seeking a highly motivated Marketplace Growth Manager to join our team in Bali. We are not looking for someone to simply manage our marketplace presence; we are looking for a strategic thinker who can aggressively grow our digital footprint, optimize conversion rates, and drive revenue across major e-commerce platforms.
As our Growth Manager, you will be the engine behind our online sales performance. You will analyze market trends, execute promotional campaigns, and ensure our footwear collections reach their target audience effectively. If you have a proven track record of scaling shops on platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, or Lazada, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace growth strategies to increase monthly GMV and conversion rates.
- Manage end-to-end operations on e-commerce platforms, including product listing optimization, inventory syncing, and campaign participation.
- Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and improve marketing ROI.
- Plan and coordinate promotional calendars, flash sales, and brand-building activities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing visual assets for product pages and advertisements.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep our product offerings competitive.
- Optimize search visibility (SEO) within marketplace search engines to drive organic traffic to our store.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketplace Management, E-commerce Growth, or Digital Marketing.
- Deep understanding of major Indonesian marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or Marketplace Seller Centers).
- Proven track record in managing promotional campaigns and scaling e-commerce revenue.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing platform relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of business targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
