CV. Citra Sejahtera is a rapidly growing company based in Surabaya, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Marketplace Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our e-commerce operations, responsible for managing our online presence across major platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of company stores on various marketplace platforms.
- Create and update product listings, including compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and SEO-friendly keywords.
- Execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and participation in platform-specific events to drive traffic and conversion.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain a high shop rating.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable reports to improve store revenue.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketplace management or E-commerce operations.
- Proven track record of increasing store traffic and sales conversion rates.
- In-depth knowledge of marketplace back-end dashboards (Seller Center).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in or willing to work in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
