CV Nio Utaman is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Supervisor to join our growing team in Gambut. As a Marketplace Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our digital sales operations, ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently across various e-commerce platforms. You will play a crucial role in managing our online store performance, optimizing product visibility, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage end-to-end operations of marketplace accounts (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to identify trends and improve store performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory management and stock availability for online sales.
- Execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and product launches to increase organic and paid traffic.
- Maintain high store ratings by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Optimize product listings, including SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and high-quality image uploads.
- Collaborate with the management team to define sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Marketplace Admin or Supervisor, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Deep understanding of marketplace dashboard operations and backend management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Deeply familiar with current trends in Indonesian e-commerce platforms.
