Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily operations and overall performance of the Mira Beauty spa facility.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate the wellness and therapy team.
- Ensure a pristine, safe, and relaxing environment for all clients and staff.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Handle high-level customer service inquiries and resolve any service-related issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels of spa products, amenities, and equipment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, sales targets, and operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a spa, wellness center, or beauty salon.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Background in hospitality or customer service management is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of spa products, therapies, and wellness trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid Professional Tax ID (Pantawid) is required.
