Tanggung Jawab
- Perform therapeutic massage treatments (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy) tailored to client needs
- Assess client physical conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain hygiene standards and ensure treatment rooms are sanitized and welcoming
- Document client sessions and track treatment progress accurately
- Upsell spa services and wellness products to enhance client experience
- Collaborate with wellness team to create integrated care approaches
- Stay updated on industry techniques and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Certified massage therapist with valid Indonesian license
- 1+ years professional massage experience in spa/hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Customer-focused with ability to build client rapport
- Basic English proficiency for international clientele
