This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of Rp 4,000,000 – Rp 5,000,000 plus 100% tips, which means your hard work is directly rewarded. We also provide BPJS (Indonesian health insurance) to ensure your wellbeing is taken care of. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform Balinese and Deep Tissue massage techniques with precision and professionalism
- Assess client needs and customize massage treatments accordingly
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and tranquil treatment environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with international clients
- Upsell additional wellness services and products when appropriate
- Manage client bookings and maintain accurate treatment records
- Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness practices
- Collaborate with the wellness team to create a harmonious client experience
Kualifikasi
- Certification in massage therapy, with specialization in Balinese and Deep Tissue techniques
- Minimum 2 years of professional massage therapy experience
- Excellent communication skills, especially with international clients
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and therapeutic massage techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
- Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients
