Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing master data processes to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define and implement robust data governance policies and standards.
- Conduct regular data quality audits and execute cleansing initiatives to ensure data hygiene.
- Develop and maintain accurate master data models, hierarchies, and reference data.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Master Data Management (MDM) tools and technologies.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor data health, KPIs, and overall data quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data quality issues and provide guidance to technical teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Master Data Management or Data Governance.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, data normalization, and entity-relationship diagrams.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
