Knowles Electronics is seeking a dedicated Master Data Management (MDM) Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational data quality, ensuring that our global systems remain accurate, consistent, and efficient.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of master data, playing a critical role in supporting our supply chain and administrative workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update master data records within our ERP and MDM systems to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Validate incoming data against company standards and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Coordinate with global departments to verify data requests and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Perform regular data audits and cleanups to maintain high data quality levels.
- Assist in the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry processes.
- Prepare periodic data reports for management review and process improvement.
- Support cross-functional teams in integrating data across multiple business platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data management, data entry, or administrative operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation) is essential.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
