Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end master data lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Implement and maintain robust data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of data administrators to optimize performance and service delivery.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional departments to resolve data quality issues and improve system integrations.
- Monitor data performance metrics and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data maintenance and entry.
- Identify and execute initiatives for data cleansing, standardization, and master data enrichment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data management, database administration, or data governance roles.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing small to mid-sized teams.
- Proficiency in MDM tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze large datasets for trends and anomalies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
