Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise plumbing and sanitary system installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and technical specifications
- Lead project teams in executing plumbing layouts and system designs
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
- Coordinate material procurement and inventory management for plumbing projects
- Maintain detailed project documentation and quality control records
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced plumbing techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of progressive plumbing experience with supervisory background
- TESDA Master Plumber certification or equivalent professional credentials
- Deep knowledge of local plumbing codes (DPWH, PRC) and international standards
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong problem-solving abilities for diverse plumbing system challenges
- Physical stamina for fieldwork in various construction environments
- Valid PRC license and updated SSS/PhilHealth contributions
