Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end management of material and engineering service procurement for international telecom projects
- Strategic vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract administration for overseas operations
- Cost optimization through market analysis, competitive bidding, and supplier performance monitoring
- Coordination with engineering teams to align procurement specifications with project requirements
- Compliance management ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and quality standards
- Development and implementation of procurement KPIs and process improvement initiatives
- Risk mitigation in global supply chains through contingency planning and supplier diversification
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years in procurement/supply chain with telecom or heavy engineering focus
- Proven track record in overseas procurement or international project management
- Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Familiarity with Indonesian import regulations and international trade compliance
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Certifications in CIPS, CPIM, or equivalent supply chain qualifications preferred
- Fluency in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills
