Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability for production schedules.
- Analyze production requirements and create accurate material requirements plans (MRP).
- Coordinate with suppliers to track lead times and resolve any delivery discrepancies.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to communicate stock status and forecast changes.
- Monitor stock turnover rates and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory status and material shortages.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in material planning or purchasing within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast demand accurately.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
