Tanggung Jawab
- Complete comprehensive in-class training covering operational management principles, lean manufacturing, and supply chain optimization
- Participate in rotational assignments across production, logistics, quality assurance, and process improvement departments
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and optimize workflows
- Develop and present improvement projects focusing on productivity, cost reduction, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of training progress and project outcomes
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all operational activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Maximum 2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with collaborative mindset
- Proactive learning attitude with adaptability to fast-paced manufacturing environment
