As a host, you will directly engage with our talent and audience, ensuring that every session is interactive, professional, and memorable. You will guide the flow of the show, manage audience participation, and maintain a high-energy presence throughout the event. This is a full-time opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills.
Tanggung Jawab
- Host live events and sessions with high energy, charisma, and professional presentation.
- Interact dynamically with guests, talent, and the audience to maintain engagement.
- Manage the flow, timing, and transitions of the live show to ensure a seamless experience.
- Read the room and adjust hosting style to suit different audience demographics and event themes.
- Collaborate closely with production teams and talent to execute the script and vision.
- Answer audience questions and facilitate interactive segments effectively.
- Ensure the stage presence is camera-ready and visually appealing at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as an MC, host, or presenter for live events or television.
- Strong public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written).
- Ability to think on your feet and handle spontaneous situations with poise.
- High level of stamina and the ability to perform energetically for extended periods.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a professional appearance.
- Residence in or willingness to commute to Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
