We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. Our client is a top-tier A1 Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across the region. This is a full-time opportunity with a highly competitive remuneration package, including a monthly salary of $4,500 – $6,200, with the potential to reach up to $6,500 for the right candidate. The ideal applicant must hold a recognized PE Board Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree. As an M&E Engineer, you will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and supervision of MEP systems within our construction projects. You will ensure that all engineering designs are implemented efficiently, safety standards are strictly followed, and project milestones are met on time. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of Mechanical and Electrical systems in construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and supervise MEP works to ensure strict compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, architects, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, engineering drawings, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure all engineering activities adhere to local building codes, fire safety regulations, and PE Board regulations.
- Manage and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction phase efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions that meet project goals.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a PE Board recognized Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree.
- Must be registered or eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
- Minimum of [5] years of relevant experience in the construction industry (Estimated).
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, fire safety regulations, and electrical/mechanical standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in engineering design and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse teams and external parties.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
