We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team in Cibitung. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical production equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machinery breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
- Interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals to perform accurate repairs.
- Install and commission new equipment while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report equipment status to the maintenance supervisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve machine performance and production throughput.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations while performing duties.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in reading electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, sensors, pneumatic systems, and motor controls.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying mechanical/electrical faults.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
