Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings for accurate cost estimation
- Prepare detailed material take-offs and quantity surveys for mechanical systems
- Develop comprehensive project estimates including labor, materials, and equipment costs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align estimates with design specifications
- Review and update cost estimates based on design changes and project revisions
- Prepare bid documentation and participate in client presentations
- Monitor market trends for material and labor cost fluctuations
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical estimating for construction projects
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (blueprints, CAD models)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with estimating software (e.g., CostX, WinEst, or similar)
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
